Join The Crossing this March at the 2017 Big Ears Festival in Knoxville, TN! Along with our friends from PRISM, we're bringing Gavin Bryars' The Fifth Century to this dynamic, interactive festival that explores connections between musicians and artists.  "One of the most quietly earth shattering, subtly luminous festivals the world over."  We will give two programs: Bryars' Two Love Songs and his magnum opus The Fifth Century, with PRISM, who will also play Roshanne Etezady's KEEN; and David Lang's iconic Pulitzer-winning The Little Match Girl Passion, with more music of Lang, Hearne, and Toivo Tulev.  Surrounded by musicians of all styles and genres, with a special focus on the music of Gavin Bryars, this is going to be a blast!
