Kile Smith/Ryan Eckes: May Day

The culmination of our yearlong collaboration with The J.S. Jenks School offers The Crossing and Jenks students together in a new work composed for the occasion by Kile Smith on a poem by Ryan Eckes; both artists have worked extensively with the students, sharing the process and developing the talents of our next generation.  Members of The Crossing have served as mentors in the rehearsal process, and the concert brings us all together for a joyful new discovery.
