Come. Hear. Now.
The Crossing is a professional chamber choir conducted by Donald Nally and dedicated to new music. It is committed to working with creative teams to make and record new, substantial works for choir that explore and expand ways of writing for choir, singing in choir, and listening to music for choir.
Commission. Perform. Record.
Many of The Crossing’s nearly 200 commissioned premieres address social, environmental, and political issues. With a commitment to recording commissions, The Crossing has issued 36 releases, receiving four Grammy Awards for Best Choral Performance (2018, 2019, 2023, 2025), and ten Grammy nominations in nine consecutive years.
Community.
The Crossing is committed to creating experiences that connect adventurous, risk-taking music-making and social consciousness. We rely on our community to make our art happen. Join us in that work by signing up for our mailing list, coming to a concert, or making a donation to support the life of The Crossing today.
